Chennai, 11 July 2005 -
Ceequence today announced the opening of a new
250-seat Global Services Centre (GSC) that will
enable the company to broaden its offerings in
outsourced Contact Centre and BPO services. Recently
Ceequence sold its interest in the Chennai-based
joint venture call centre, Supersight Ceequence
Limited.
Ceequence's management team includes
experienced professionals, Rajesh Somasundaram
and Ravi Patwari, who were co-founders and Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer,
respectively, of Supersight Ceequence Limited.
In addition, some existing customers and several
experienced staff have transitioned to Ceequence.
Recently the company signed new deals with a large
UK telecoms retailer and other clients in Australia
and the US. The company expects to increase its
staff count to 250 over the next 3 months.
Located in Chennai, the new 15,000
sq. ft facility enables the company to provide
a full range of outsourced services, including
in-bound and out-bound voice and web-based contact
centre services, business-process outsourcing
and contact centre disaster recovery services.
The business will continue to serve its customers
in the US, UK and Australia and will focus future
growth opportunities in the Business to Business
(B2B) sector.
Combining
High-Quality Service with Lower Delivery Costs
In particular, the new GSC will
help the company aggressively expand its core
offerings in the area of contact centre services
and business process outsourcing - restructuring
and outsourcing entire business processes for
enhanced business performance, cost management
and growth. "Our clients will continue
to benefit from a variety of new outsourcing options,
a deeper pool of skilled resources and greater
cost flexibility while being single-minded in
delivering business value," said Rajesh

Ceequence's new facility in Chennai
is designed to provide specialized, multi-client
business-process outsourcing capabilities for
finance and accounting, healthcare claims processing,
customer relationship management and logistics
to its clients. The technology and infrastructure
uses state-of-the-art equipment from leading technology
vendors.
"We have designed our technical infrastructure
using industry standards architecture and expansion
features to integrate our client's systems without
interruption to their existing operations,"
