strategy and business development. He has over twenty years
experience working in business and engineering
consulting. His expertise includes project/program
and change management, performance improvement,
sourcing/procurement and strategic planning. Ramesh
has worked with utilities, government, financial
services and consumer goods clients in the US,
Australia, India, Singapore and South Korea. Prior
to joining Ceequence, Ramesh was a senior executive
in Strategy and Business Process of a global professional
services company.
Ramesh has an MBA (Australian Graduate School
of Management) and a Masters degree in engineering
(University of Kansas, USA)
Rajesh
Somasundaram
Director, Outsourcing, Chennai, India
Rajesh heads the Services business in India and
is responsible for all operational aspects of
the outsourcing and transitioning process. Rajesh
has over twelve years experience with high technology,
retail, and manufacturing companies. Prior to
joining Ceequence, he served as Senior Project
Manager of a high technology company and played
a crucial role in the delivery and management
of several outsourced offshore projects in the
Banking and Securities sector.
Rajesh has an MBA from the Sydney Graduate School
of Management and an Engineering degree in Computer
Science.
Ravi
Patwari
Director, Technology, Chennai, India
Ravi is responsible for overall direction and
implementation of Ceequence Information and communications
technology (ICT). Ravi has served as consultant
for several technology companies and has worked
extensively with the technology departments in
setting up and supporting several mission critical
applications. Most recently, Ravi has provided
strategic advice and support to a variety of Internet-based
start-up companies, and was responsible for launching
his own ISP services in India. Ravi holds an Engineering
degree from Bangalore University.
Guy Eugene
Director & Advisor, Boston, USA
Guy Eugene has over 20 years experience in structuring, managing and raising private equity funds internationally. He started his career with Motorola Communications, and served as CFO of the French subsidiary. In 1983, he founded Alpha Associés, the leading later stage and buyout investment firm headquartered in Paris, with Advent International, Lazard Frères , and CGIP (now Wendel Investissements) as sponsors of the group. In 1990, he started his own investment services firm, advising leading private equity groups in Europe on cross-border transactions. He went on to structure, raise, and manage the Lazard Vietnam Fund, a country fund dedicated to Vietnam-based growth opportunities, based in Ho Chi Minh City. This was accomplished with the sponsorship of Lazard Frères.
During the past six years, Mr. Eugene has helped fund managers structure and raise private equity partnerships. He was a Partner at CP Eaton, a leading US placement agency. In this capacity, he was actively involved in the placement of a number of US, European, and Asian-based funds. Guy Eugene formed Legacy Finance in 2003. Mr. Eugene is a Wharton MBA (1978), with full scholarship from the French Government, and holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale (1975). He also served in the French Air Force.

Manohar PrathapSingh
Director, Healthcare Services, Chennai, India
Manohar heads the healthcare services business in India and holds responsibility for the entire delivery of India-based healthcare bpo operations, which currently spans clients from different states in the USA. Additionally, Manohar plays a key role in the marketing and transitioning of client accounts. He has comprehensive domain knowledge of the US healthcare industry with a special focus on Receivables Management. Prior to joining Ceequence, he was heading a company in the Healthcare BPO space. Manohar holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Madras University.
