Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated AR Caller to handle insurance follow-ups and accounts receivable activities for US healthcare clients. The role involves communicating with insurance payers to resolve unpaid or denied claims and ensure timely reimbursement. Preferred Skills: • Experience with appeal writing and denial management • Knowledge of end-to-end RCM process • Exposure to multiple specialties (Hospital/Physician billing is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-up
• Analyze and resolve unpaid, denied, or rejected claims

• Follow up on EOBs, check payment accuracy, and post corrections

• Document call notes and actions taken accurately in billing systems
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for missing or corrected information

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare
• Strong knowledge of US insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with calling tools and AR workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads
